تتراوح هذه القضايا بين هياكل سوق رأس المال الى الاتحاد النقدي لمجلس التعاون الخليجي المزمع انشاؤه، بالإضافة إلى المصارف الإسلامية وصناديق الثروة السيادية. وتواجه الأسواق المالية في دول المجلس غداة الأزمة المالية العالمية وفي ظل اضطراب العملات على المستوى الدولي تحديات بارزة. يولي هذا الكتاب اهتمامًا خاصا بالوضع الراهن على أرض الواقع وبالمؤسسات المعنية بعملية التغيير الجارية.
